Here are some examples of projects that I've managed or had a hand in pulling together throughout the years.
elevating research content
The Data Bite program was admittedly not my idea—it had been attempted and abandoned prior to my joining the firm. But I saw its potential, and I partnered with research, communications and IT to develop a scalable process, trained 83 analysts and marketers to create localized content from across North American markets, and built a digital channel for data storytelling.
The quick-hit content is primarily for direct use in client conversations, but has also seen 53.2k LinkedIn impressions, 33.6k site pageviews, and 181 media hits in its first year — all organically. This program has received a MarCom Platinum award.
editorial: Highlighting people & places
Launched in 2023, Viewpoints is a biannual digital publication that takes a look at commercial real estate industry trends through the lens of brand-elevating thought leadership, data and client stories.
I’ve led the development of eight issues so far across Canada and the U.S., spanning a variety of topics such as: social value in real estate decision making, neurodiversity and workplace design trends, supply chain logistics for grocery cold storage, shifting migration patterns across America, office utilization research, and more. Our team is proud to have received a MarCom Gold award for this publication.

Management of virtual event series with 3 episodes averaging 897 registrants and 358 attendees. Oversaw B2B promotion plan to internal and external audiences including email sends, landing page content, social media and PR efforts. Partnered with demand generation and events teams on platform execution.
Partnered with researchers, economists and subject matter experts to feature their insights on the state of the post-COVID economy, consumer behavior and retail trends impacting commercial real estate.
Internal summit
Strategized digital communications and engagement execution for JLL’s 10th Annual Women’s Summit, a virtual convention for ~150 attendees with two days of internal and keynote speakers, to empower women with professional and leadership development opportunities.
Deliverables included internal logistics for email campaign, registration, landing page, discussion forum, custom gifting platform, philanthropic highlights and more.
Employee engagement
Led communications for a national employee resource group event featuring author Ijeoma Oluo, author of So You Want to Talk About Race. Partnered with leads from Pride and Black Professionals networks to drive planning.
Internal audience of JLL Americas employees with 1,760 registrants. Leveraging the inclusive membership power of our nine business resource groups to engage individuals in powerful discussions around racial injustice.

Monthly production of partner events (ranging from 50-250 attendees) including arrangement of venues, speakers, catering and entertainment.
Editorial
Contribute topics for Saint Paul Insider's Guide content and edit copy to effectively reflect the city as a tourism destination, highlight attractions and partners in an enticing manner while driving users to website and social media content.
